H3X Build 2.4.6 Out!

Hey all! H3X@G0N@L update 2.4.6  is now out!

This update, part of the world expands, is a major update for multiple reasons:

Random world generation based on perlin noise has now been introduced!

Apart from random world gen, its mostly just bugfixes, but this is a major step in the development of H3X
